Can’t wait to get the Funky Butte Ranch bathroom converted to a composting toilet so we can then set up a biodigester and in turn cook off the resulting gas. I once asked someone who lived in India if this was feasible for an individual home and was told, “Sure, if you have 13 million villagers crapping in it every day for a year — then you can probably cook a chicken.” Others have told me that personal biodigesters actually are feasible. So I’ll keep looking into it, holding my nose if necessary. I have to do that just to read the news.
